What are the coaching programs and fees?

Professional Coaching & Assessment Pricing

We offer "Gold, Silver and Retainer” programs for all of our Professional Coaching. These sessions includes an initial basic assessment, discovery and goal setting sessions. Each professional coaching sessions are approx. 45 minutes long. These sessions are conducted weekly or bi-weekly by telephone. Perhaps emails or fax communication between session to set clear expectation and outcomes for each session. In-person meetings are also available.

Gold Program The Gold Professional Coaching program offers the best value of all professional coaching programs. You pay for a series of five sessions and are entitled to a free follow up to success session after 90 days. During those sessions you will create and sustain a long-lasting vision for personal and professional success, and a plan of action you can execute, plus a free follow session to ensure you sustain momentum. During those session we will cover an initial assessment session, a discovery session, you will create personal and professional goals and strategies; followed by a session on how to manage change and an realistic 90 days action plan to get you on the right track, plus our exclusive best value follow up to success session; after you complete your 90 days action plan to measure outcomes and celebrate your accomplishments.	$1125

Silver Program The Silver Professional Coaching program is a series of three coaching sessions to help you create and sustain a long-lasting vision for personal and professional success. During those sessions we will cover an initial assessment session, then a discovery session and finally set personal goals and strategies.	$675

Retainer Program The Coaching Retainer Program is a recurrent monthly contract for individuals who completed professional assessment and one of our “Silver or Gold” coaching programs. For your convenience, we’ll directly charge this skills retainer program to your credit card; the fee is $225 per month.	$225

Professional Assessment Professional assessments are meant to provide you more insight on your strengths and preferred work style. During your first coaching session, we will review your results from the initial assessment and determine key priorities.	$225
