What’s the process?
You’ll start with a 45-minute Professional Assessment, followed by a career transition strategic session to determine priorities and a plan of action. After than, your weekly coaching sessions program begin. Eather the silver or gold program that fits your investment priorities/ During these telephone sessions, you’ll discover, explore and unveil all the possibilities for your transition. All coaching sessions are confidential.
What happens after the program?
After your coaching sessions end, you may want to continue your Professional Coaching program and focus on your first 90 days transition plan into your new position. This can help ensure a successful adaptation to a new boss, team and company. You can contract our retainer coaching program for additional monthly session, or participate in the annual network membership program connected with a network of people that have similar goals, objectives or experience which includes our monthly newsletter or professional Teleseminars or Webinar sessions on key relevant or current professional topics impacting future executives.
