How Does Coaching Work?

Whether you’re participating in Entrepreneur Coaching or Professional Coaching, your Life Coaching Group program will follow this process:

You’ll start with a targeted assessment, which takes approximately 45 minutes to complete. Then a coaching session with your coach to talk about your business performance and leadership effectiveness to determine your priorities; with the information learned from those two steps, you’ll begin your weekly coaching sessions. During 45-minute telephone sessions (face-to-face coaching also available), you’ll work with your coach to discover, explore and unveil all your possibilities. During these sessions, you set the agenda around your strategic business plan and leadership effectiveness. All coaching sessions are confidential.
